The wine named Rdeče (it means red; with 50% of merlot, and 50% of cabernet sauvignon) confirms that the two above mentioned varieties get along in the right relation. The wine has a ruby red colour with shades of garnet reflection. It conserves an intensive and rich flavour. We can find in it wild fruits, mostly blackberries and currants, iodised, mineral and with dark spices. Its taste, despite the harmony and softness of the tannins, still feels fresh and mineral. The wine has a strong harmonic body.
Temperature of serving: 17–18°C
Pairing with food: venison, roast goose and duck, beef and other red meat. We can also offer it with some cheeses.
