The grapes come from a vineyard over 25 years old. After about two weeks of maceration, there is a 12-month maturation in Slovenian oak barrels. Fermentation takes place only with our own yeasts collected in the pre-harvest.

In the mouth, the wine is dry, medium-bodied, moderately acidic, full of buttery, elegant and mineral taste. Fresh and rich Pinot Gris. Long aftertaste. If the bottle is opened at least two hours before serving, herbal perceptions become more dominant.
