Red cuvée of merlot and pinot noir. Dark red color, smell of dark berries, black cherries, dark chocolate. In the mouth it is full, but fresh, ripe softened tannins, dark fruits are repeated. Extremely long aftertaste. Full-bodied, yet elegant.
Pairing with food: We offer it with Florentine, long-roasted (dry aged) beef, guinea fowl, roe deer, deer, wild boar, warm and fully ripened gorgonzola, or with other noble mold cheeses.
