The color is a medium accented purple. The flower is moderately accentuated, it smells of ripe black fruits, silated grass, black cherries, smoke, vanilla, inviting. In the mouth, the wine is slightly sweet, even though it is dry. Stronger, fairly tannic, in the mouth we also find some raisins and dried pears. Everything is a bit on the ripe, overripe side. A bit short. Quite a unique style, well executed, which certainly has its followers.
Pairing with food: beef, game, venison, prosciutto.
