Vitovska – the queen of Karst white varieties, which unobtrusively and gently accompanies every delicious dish.
It is an old indigenous variety. The people of Kraš also call it white teran. We also grow it on more than 50-year-old vines.
It is included in the list of wines with protected geographical origin.
It is a dry wine of straw yellow color, calm fruitiness, emphasized minerality and pleasant freshness. The taste is light.
Paring with food: fish dishes, pasta, risottos
