Distillery President

Distillery President is a family brandy company with decades of experience in the production of this noble drink. In 2021, the Kostić family built a new distillery near their birthplace in Šljivovica, close to the popular Zlatibor mountain. The tradition of making quality homemade brandy – šljivovica on Zlatibor mountain has been going on for more than 200 years. The very beginning of that tradition has its roots in the small village of Šljivovica – it remains a mystery whether the village is named after the brandy or the brandy was named after the village.

New Cellar

The new cellar currently covers over 1400 square meters, and is equipped with cutting-edge equipment for washing, sorting and processing fruit as well as with two traditional cauldrons for
roasting 500-liter batches of brandy.

Modern technology

The entire distillery was built to the most recent technological requirements, and it is one of the few that has entire fire protection.

The goal of the Kostić family is to produce exclusively high-quality brandies in this distillery, as well as to expand to more than 2000 square meters of production and tourist space.
