Once upon a time, it used to be a golden apple, today it is a Wild Pear.
As its name suggests, due to its wildness, it grows only where nature wants it.

Rarer than Btcoin?
The Wild Pear tree is very difficult to plant and transplant, which means that it does not allow for regular cultivation.
Imagine the kind of fruit that bears every third year because of its struggle with frost at an altitude of up to 1,500 meters.
This tells us that this fruit is rarer than Bitcoin.

Three judgment days
This fruit must not be picked from the tree when it is ripe, but must be allowed to fall on its own.
Once it hits the ground, we only have 3 days to collect it and put it in a barrel, or a bear will eat it.

Tradition does not change
It is still brewed as it was in 1947, when the first liter of this brandy was made, after the Second World War, using French cognac technology.
