Cviček Colnar

Cviček is a specialty from Dolenjska, which is a type of wine of red and white grape varieties. He’s like a bouncy young man, with an accentuated freshness of looks and taste that calls for more. It is large in its small size, unique in its composition, and it reflects the softness of the Dolenjska hills and the cheerful nature of the people of Dolenjska. It is a dry wine of ruby color, with low alcohol and sugar and higher acids. It is a very drinkable fresh wine with aromas of red berries such as strawberries and raspberries.

Pairing with food: Cured and Dried Meats, Barbecue and Grilled Meats, fried chicken, pork shank with sauerkraut and potato salad, Cooked ham, Blood sausages, Pasta dishes, Cheeses, Fatty fish.
