Malvasia was harvested late when noble rot had already set in and is therefore also strongly aromatic. 10 days of maceration brings out its beautiful golden yellow color. 10 months in used oak barrels adds a slight note of wood. Rich textures of dry peach notes with elegant and fresh after taste and long minerality.
Pairing with food: pairs beautifully with seafood, blue cheeses.
