Mlaka is from the oldest vineyard of the chardonnay variety. 3 days of maceration and then almost 4 months of quiet fermentation in an oak barrel, which added light notes of dried fruit and an intense orange color.
Pairing with food: pairs beautifully with seafood, poultry, and creamy pasta, cheeses, cured meats, grilled fish, oriental cuisine.
