Product description

Pinot grigio is macerated for 9 days and therefore has a very intense reddish color that also tastes like blueberries and forest fruits. 10 months in 500l oak barrels adds a flavor that irritates your taste. Aromas of candied orange, wild strawberry, orange blossom, pink grapefruit, cloves. On the palate it has the right acidity and softness.

Pairing with food: pairs beautifully with seafood, seasoned cured meats, cheeses and fish soup.
