Medium deep amber colors. The bouquet is ripe, intense, after honey, with balsamic notes, pleasant, inviting, in very good condition. Dry in the mouth, positively surprised by the very low alcohol level, but the wine is still full of flavor. Moderate acids, slightly bitter, in the style of white wines with prolonged maceration of the mash. Very tasty, elegant, with character, long aftertaste. Great.
The Cuvee Ana wine was named after Grandmother Ana and is a type of wine made of white varieties of grapes. The wine was created with the purpose of offering its clients once again after many years a similar type of wine that was produced on the farm until 1989. In that era the white wine was always a blend of three regional varieties – Furlanski tokaj (now Sauvignonasse), Rebula and Malvasia. Today, in addition to these varieties we add in Ana Cuvée also Chardonnay. If you want to enjoy this wine in optimal conditions we advise you open the bottle a few hours prior to consumption and to serve it at room temperature.
