The vividness and freshness of the wine Bendžo is reflected by a lemon-yellow colour, upgraded with a bouquet of native herbs, local plants, green peppers, elderflower and even hay. In the mouth, a well-crafted freshness of the cuvee from Brda terroir, the minerality and the character of the Sauvignonasse variety stands out, especially of those produced on the flysch, soil typical for terroir Brda.
Vivacious Bandžo calls for light, seasonal and vegetable dishes. It goes very nicely with minestrone, grilled vegetables, risotto, pasta and gnocchi with vegetable and less spicy sauce. Wine can be also combined with white meat, either with grilled or pan roasted chicken or fish. The vivacious of Banžo should be served at temperaturea between 8 and 10 °C.
