Golden yellow with a beautiful aromatic profile of candied, dried and toasted fruits. The taste is full-bodied, rich and structured, with a very long finish.
2 months of maceration on the skins (alcoholic and malolactic fermentation) in large Slavonian oak with natural yeasts. One year refining in tonneaux and barrique, 36 months ageing in large oak barrels.
