Wine bouquet is complex, rich. On the nose you will mature fruits, dried herbs and wild flowers. In the mouth, wine is mineral, warm, harmonious, with a hints of vanilla indicating that wine were kept in the barrels.
If you are a more demanding gourmet, then Brgalot is an excellent choice. The richness of the wines goes well with shrimps, lobster, calamari or snails, as well with pasta or gnocchi with meat sauce. The wine will pair well also with beef or pork roast, pork shanks and with well-seasoned duck. Optimal serving temperature is between 10 and 12 °C.
