Product description

Boris’s tip: Something special because it is made from Žametovka (oldest grape in the world). Žametovka is red grape, but this sparkling wine is white.

Gentle golden-yellow color, foaming is moderate, pleasing to the eye. The bouquet is ripe, white flowers, buttery, a hint of champignons (mushrooms), lemons and a little bit of oriental spices. Dry in the mouth. Lighter body, pleasant higher acidity as expected for a sparkling wine coming from Dolenjska region. The overall impression in the mouth is pleasant and coordinated. With a longer aftertaste of the crust of bread, caramel.
