CABERNET FRANC BARRIQUE An exceptional, special and very complex wine, with a beautiful dark red-brown color and special aromas of dried fruit, which developed during a long rest in barrique barrels. Dry wine, macerated for 3 months and barricaded for 15 years! A very special wine, reminiscent of port and also with a higher alcohol level of approx. 15%. It is a wine for special occasions, to be enjoyed with demanding food or just to pamper the taste buds with a glass or two. To achieve the true expression of the complexity and exceptional character of the wine, it is recommended that the wine is aged at room temperature for at least 2-3 hours.
Pairing with food: It is served at 18-20°C with stewed meat, pork and game and with dishes with spicy sauces.
