Maceration: 21 days, performed lactic acid fermentation in concrete
Maturation: 12 months in barriques, 12 months in French oak barrels
Deep ruby colors with shades of purple. The bouquet shows nicely ripe dark red fruits, coffee also chocolate. Dry in the mouth, bold, ripe, tannin grip is clear, as befits a Cabernet Sauvignon, and the texture shows a nice, positive shift towards elegance. Very handsome, masculine cabernet showing signs of elegance.
Parring with food: venison, cheese, steak.
