A superb dry red wine of an attractive ruby color with cherry-red shades, its good qualities are expressed already in the flower. The taste is still fruity, you could even say fresh, and with velvety tannins, this Vipava wine is harmonious and pleasant to drink, and goes well with many dishes, especially meat. Without a doubt, it is a wine that is already drinkable today, but it can be kept in our cellar for a few more years.
Wine color: Dark ruby red color with a shade of cherry red
Aroma of the wine: A pleasant aroma of fresh fruit with an intense bouquet and dominant ripe fruit aromas such as blueberries, plums and strawberry jam
Taste: Fruity, fresh, with velvety tannins, sweet and pleasant
Pairing with food: Red meat (venison, steak), medium-ripened cheese
