Maturation: 24 months in barrique, 12 months in concrete tank
Wine from dried grapes. Special quality sweet wine.
Harvest: manual – late harvest – selection of grapes, grapes are dried in wooden crates for up to six months.
Vinification: compression with the classic – hand press.
