This noble French variety has found good soil in this part of the Vipava Valley, and with the help of skilled winemakers, a wine has been created that fascinates connoisseurs and connoisseurs alike. It has a kind of exotic character and a bold and full body. Its color alone is interesting, as despite the years it retains lively shades of straw yellow. The wine boasts a fine and aromatic flower that promises a lot. We can even sense dry bananas in the aroma, as well as tertiary aromas of vanilla and caramel. The taste of this Chardonnay is without a doubt rich, with a whole host of perceptions, among which wood perceptions and a refined coconut taste are beautifully combined, which lingers in the glass long after it is already empty.
