Colour: bright yellow with green hue
Aroma: the primary aroma of white flowers, banana and pineapple is nicely complemented by the aroma of red apples
Taste: the pronounced aroma of tropical fruit is followed by a full, structured, fruity, fresh taste, followed by typical minerality and long-lasting aftertaste
Pairing with food: an indispensable accompaniment to fish (baked, grilled or salt baked), goes well with smoked trout, soft cheeses, light risottos and tender pasta, exceptional with grilled vegetables
Serving temperature: 8-10 °C
