Chardonnay Gjerkeš

Gentle lemon color. The nose was ripe, after wet stones, chalk, dry grass, yellow apple, passion fruit. Dry in the mouth, where there are also notes of maturation in wood, vanilla, caramel. A little bitter. Middle body and higher acids. A beautiful, clear chardonnay, which stylistically and to a higher degree of acidity works more Styrian than Prekmurje. Beautiful, long-lived.
