Maturation: 10 months in 100% steel
Pale yellow color with golden hues. The aroma is rich in fruity aromas reminiscent of apple, white peach and grapefruit peel: in the end, aromas of almonds and minerals appear as a result of the method of processing. The taste in the mouth surprises with freshness, at first the wine in the mouth is dry and firm, but it has a long and persistent aftertaste.
Paring with food: The wine goes great with all dishes, for example it goes very well with prosciutto and raw seafood. It is a top-notch combination with shellfish-based dishes and warm pasta-based appetizers such as “linguine” (crab noodles).
