Wine region: Goriška Brda
Variety: 50% chardonnay, 25% sauvignon blanc, 25% rebula
Vinification: In 100% steel with the addition of selected yeasts, 20% fermentation in oak barrels
Maturation: 10 months, 80% in steel and 20% in oak barrels
Golden yellow wine. The aroma is imbued with freshness and fruity aromas ranging from banana to light plant scents reminiscent of sauvignon. Elegant scent that peaks on and incorporates a light vanilla note. The taste is characterized by the minerals of the territory, and the content embraces you with warm, elegant and soft flavors.
Paring with food: The wine goes great with all dishes. Combination with grilled or oven-based fish main dishes is recommended. It also goes well with main dishes based on white meat. It goes well with aged cheeses and various meats.
