Emanuel’s sparkling wine ROSÉ BRUT NATURE is a completely dry, pink-colored sparkling wine made from Blaufränkisch and Pinot Noir varieties, produced according to the classic method. We bottled the basic wine from directly pressed grapes in 2012 and since then it has been aging in bottles in the wine cellar. Due to the many years of ripening, it appears calm and rounded, yet still fresh and fruity, reminiscent of raspberries.
The wine is served chilled at 4-6 °C.

Pairing with food: It is a universal sparkling wine, recommended with fresh fruit, e.g. strawberries.
