In 2019, the Red Brother joined the Fino White genre. As an upgrade of our red classic Merlot, the genus Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Cabernet Franc is presented. The color is intense, with ruby hues, the scent is variegated, prunes, black currants, vanilla and smoke. The taste is also joined by licorice and cocoa, noble French wood is noticeable. A long aftertaste, a wine that will live a long time.
Vinification: Fermentation with selected yeasts. Maceration of mash for 10 days, maturation in wooden barrels.
Food: Ripened beef steak, dishes with strong sauces (venison, goulash).
