Product description

Olfactory and gustative features: floral and fruity bouquet with hints of white flowers,bitter almonds, honeydew melon, exotic fruits. Ample and mineral taste, fresh, lively,harmonic. 64 year-old vines, autochthonous, exotic notes, bitter almond aftertaste typical of wine.

Visual appearance: Straw yellow.
Vinification: the grapes are harvested and selected manually, then destemmed and pressed delicately, cooled to 8-10 degrees and left to macerate in contact with the skins for 24 hours hours. Soft pressing is carried out after which the alcoholic fermentation begins in vats stainless steel with temperatures controlled from 16 to 18 degrees. This is followed by the maturation of approximately 7 months in contact with the yeasts until bottling in steel barrels controlled temperature. The wine is filtered. Bottle refinement follows.

Pairing with food:  It pairs well with all fresh fish dishes, seafood, light starters, cheese, and it is an excellent aperitif.
