A rich and structured still white wine, with intense and complex aromas of apricot, wild flowers and potted herbs. A deep and full-bodied flavour with persistence.
The distemmed grapes were macerated in Slavonian oak fermentators with indigenous easts 4 days long. Than the fermentation of must continued in barriques. Refining for 12 months in stainless steel vats without filtration, then bottled for an additional 12 months.
