Is a white Cuvee with Chardonnay and Pinot Blanc 60-40% also harvested very mature and then 3 days of cold maceration in concrete tanks, after that we press it and decant into concrete again were it start, the fermentation at 14˙C. That wine expresses all my philosophy of my wine taste and also express our territory of Brda. Here you can taste white peach fruits on the nose and in the mouth it is like you will be for a moment went on a trip in our village.
