The selected Teran 2015 vintage is a deep wine of ruby red color and crystal clarity. Intense scent with a predominant note of forest fruits. We trace the floral perceptions of red roses and violets, a little pepper and forest undergrowth. It has a full fruity taste with invigorating acid of very fine quality. The wine has balanced tannins and a full body. It is noble and harmonious.
Paring with food: It goes well with Karst prosciutto, bacon, salami. Serve it with strong and spicy cheeses and red meat and venison dishes.
