It is a dry, rich wine produced in the traditional way from hand-harvested grapes. The location of the vineyard and the low load of the vines give the terran a good base, which is supplemented by maturing the wine in old oak barrels and only then putting it to rest in bottles.
Pairing with food: wine is recommended with matured meat – steaks. In our home, it complements well with homemade lamb, we also recommend it with dry meats.
