Wine region: Goriška Brda
Variety: 50% chardonnay, 30% pinot noir, 20% ribolla gialla
Vinification: fermentation in 100% steel with the addition of selected yeasts
Maturation: 36 months on yeast – fermentation and maturation in the bottle
Selected and permanent Perlage. The aroma is extensive, absorbing, has characteristic fruity intense aromas with pronounced minerality. The taste in the mouth is excellent, it has a long and persistent aftertaste, distinct freshness and elegance distinguish it from others.
Paring with food: An important sparkling wine for an aperitif that goes well with all dishes. We advise especially in combination with finished and complex fish-based dishes. It is interesting to serve with red meat and poultry dishes, because the wine emphasizes the aroma and washes away the taste.
