Deeper amber colors. The bouquet is accentuated, warm fruity notes reminiscent of spicy apple compote, pears and dried apricots. In the mouth, this fruity character is enhanced with just the right ripe tannins. Dry, strong wine with pleasant acids, vanilla predominates in the mouth, perceptions of wood, as well as fruitiness are more. Very nicely executed orange wine.
