It is a delicate lemon-yellow color with a youthful but discreet bouquet that reminds us of yellow apples. It is dry in the mouth, with balanced acids and a hint of oiliness. It is lighter to medium in size with a nice harmony between freshness and softness that accentuate the drinkability of this wine. The taste is simple due to the nature of the variety, but the wine is very pleasant and rounded. A light wine with a beautiful setting, which fits perfectly as a pleasant summer aperitif.
