Cuvée LEVIN PRESTIGE is a rich, mature, dark red wine genre dominated by Merlot (2/3) and Franconian Blue (1/3). The grapes for this wine come from an excellent vineyard location (Roševo – Sremič), which enables above-average ripening of the grapes. The 2021 vintage is the first harvest from this newly planted vineyard and is consequently very limited in quantity. The wine matured for 12 months in used oak barrique barrels and during this time developed into an expressive red wine full of flavor, with a pleasant aroma that smells of prunes, licorice, leather. Due to the ripe and sweet tannins, the wine is suitable for immediate consumption, but it can also continue to mature in bottles, maybe 5 or even 10 years.
The wine is served at 16-18 °C.

Winemaking: 14-day maceration, alcoholic and lactic acid fermentation
Pairing with food: it can be enjoyed on its own or accompanied by various dishes based on red meat, game, dried meat products, selected cheeses and other Posavina delicacies.
