Dry white wine. Pure 100% Malvasia is a real surprise among our wines. The grapes are harvested in over 35 years old vineyards (a small part of them are 10 years old) and then macerated for 72 hours. The wine has straw yellow color with golden hues, and it’s clear and bright. Malvasia is a fresh and complex wine at the same time: at first impact it recalls a prolonged scent of aromas which remind fragrances such as bread, jasmine and others that have to be discovered. This is a rich and full-bodied wine, with a pleasant and winking character. The nose has elegant grass aromas, with delicate nuances of peach and citrus fruits. In the mouth it is dry, decisive, farily fresh and highly mineral, well balanced with its alcohol content.
