Wine of intense yellow color with golden hues. The aroma is distinctly honey with a mix of meadow flowers and linden, as well as fruit, especially apricots, peaches and melons. In the mouth it turns out with a mineral note and acidity. Convincing maturity of still youthful wine.
Vinification: maceration 3 hours, maturing one year in barrel barrels and another year in bottles.
Parring with food: ideally accompanied by many cold and warm appetizers and mild cheeses.
