Straw yellow colour; fine and persistent perlage. On the nose it expresses itself with notes of grapefruit, bread crust, vanilla and a hint of flint. On the palate it is fresh, savory, creamy, balanced and of great harmony.
The Quality Classic Method Sparkling Wine Pas Dosè “Miklus” from the Draga company comes from grapes grown on soils rich in clayey marl and a particular sandstone locally called “ponka”. Refined, with a fresh sip and a distinct flavor, it is a splendid concentration of bubbles and personality and can be drunk very easily.
Pairing with food: Excellent in combination with first and second courses of fish, it goes particularly well with sea bass in a potato crust, risotto with scallops and spaghetti with lobster.
