Overripe grapes were macerated for 12 days in vats. The wine was then aged for 12 months in used barrels and then another year in a large barrel. It is medium-bodied, dry in the mouth with lively acids and a longer finish. We detect dark chocolate in the departure. Pinot Noir’s bouquet reminds us of berries, ripe cherries, toast and spices. The taste is elegant and complex, the acids and tannins are harmonious. It is a medium intense ruby color with garnet shades.
