Dark ruby red color. A noble and intense wine bouquet. Complex aromas of ripe fruit, cherry jam, dried cherries, liquorice and fine spices gradually turn into aromas of leather and “goudron”. Ripe tannins, structural and persistent taste. The wine looks elegant, mineral and pleasantly fresh. A luxury full-bodied wine. A long and noble aftertaste.
Gastronomic combinations: venison carpaccio with forest fruits, beefsteak with mushroom hats, venison fillet in wine sauce.
Excellent potential for maturation in the bottle.
