The wine consists of 40% Pinot Noir, 40% Blaufränkisch and 20% Gamay. It is matured for 30 months in barrique barrels, where it acquires a hint of flavor and aroma.
Appearance: Intense red wine with brick and glowing shades
Aroma: The scent of acacia and cinnamon dominates along with dried cooked plums. There is a noticeable note of spices, where pepper stands out.
Taste: The wine’s good base and tannic potential are evident the first moment after a sip. The wine is nicely developed, which is confirmed by the ripe tannins. The mild freshness goes very well with the strong taste of the wine.
Pairing with food: Karst prosciutto, grilled meat dishes, beefsteak, steak, venison dishes with thick sauces, grilled Dalmatian squid.
