Boris’s tip: Very citrus taste and very fresh. So nice and easy to drink. Great with mussels in sauce made of olive oil, white wine and garlic.
The wine is white-yellow in color, cloudy with a citrus scent and very fruity in taste.
PET-NAT
Pét-Nat is produced in the ‘methode ancestral’, otherwise known as “rurale,” “artisanale,” or “gaillacoise.” Long story short, the wine is bottled prior to fully completing its first fermentation, allowing carbon dioxide to be produced by the natural sugars found in the grapes.
