The sparkling wine is semi-dry, consisting of 80% teran and 20% cabarnet and merlot. The color is medium salmon, with a pure fruity aroma or an aroma of raspberry, cherry and wild strawberry.
The color is salmon, medium deep. The flower is ripe, tertiary, offering undergrowth, vanilla, firn and still some red fruits. The sparkling wine is sweeter in the mouth, the bubbles here are quite pleasant, the aromas in the mouth offer a bit more vanilla and wood notes. Quite an unusual aromatic profile, very unique.
