Dry white wine, Ribolla has a brilliant amber yellow color with an elegant and luminous profile. Its flavor has evolved into an essence of freshness. It’s a sapid wine, rich in minerality, with presence of light tannins. The entire structure of the wine is well balanced and elegant, with a rustic note. Service: it is advisable to taste it at a temperature of 14-15°.
Pairing with food: freshwater and sea fish. The wine goes also well with some first courses as pasta or rice and some cheeses.
