Wine the color of old hay, actually yellow amber and gold. The floral notes are dominated by notes of ripe fruit, especially peaches, apples and gooseberries, as well as warm spices, especially vanilla with a slight touch of cinnamon. In the mouth, it shows itself in all its luxury of a mature wine, whose tannins predict longevity. The aftertaste is long, fruity, spicy.
Pairing with food: Rebula Kristalvin selection is an important wine to accompany selected dishes with sea shells, shrimps and crabs, fish in butter sauce, freshwater fish such as catfish, carp, skate and bream, as well as fattier sea fish, especially eel or eel, but it also goes well with with grilled vegetables, dishes with lentils or peas, beans with young sheep’s cheese and meatless burgers.
