Medium deep amber color. The flower is emphasized, after honey, gingerbread. With some residual sugar, stronger. With an oily texture. Figs, gingerbread in the mouth, intense flavor, with a rather short finish, dominated by dried pears. A very extreme version where the process comes before the variety.
Pairing with food: seafood, pork, veal, spicy dishes and Asian cuisine.
