Brilliant pink cherry color with a slight amber hue. Numerous, fine and persistent bubbles. The bouquet is intense, fine, evokes red rose, hibiscus flower, currant, cherry, raspberry, orange peel, rye bread crust, also marl and forest undergrowth. It is a bone dry sparkling wine with a pronounced freshness and minerality. A full body reveals an intense and persistently elegant taste.
