Medium deep golden yellow. The bouquet is quite accentuated, the tomato leaf, elderberry, also passion fruit. Despite his maturity, he still has a lot of youth. Dry mouth, medium body, moderate acidity, the character I find on the bouquet is repeated. Nicely crafted.
Parring with food: poultry, refreshing salads, pasta.
