The golden-yellow Vipava wine has a ripe bouquet reminiscent of elderflower and mango. Sauvignon, which is better with each sip.
SAUVIGNON BLANC grapes come from our older vineyards, where growth is moderate and yields are low (30hl/ha). We cultivate the vineyards with great respect for nature. The wine matures for 12 months in wooden 10hl barrels together with 15% berry skins without flow and with frequent stirring.
The conditions of the Sutor farm in the Vipava Valley are ideal for the production of aromatic wines. The temperature difference between day and night is what affects the freshness and aroma. The aromas of roses, elderberries, green peppers, fresh fruit and extraordinary fullness in the mouth make this sauvignon one of the greatest. The wine is an excellent accompaniment to vegetable plates, veal and aromatic cheeses.
